I was an inpatient for surgery with mr toumi in March 2022, I received outstanding care for the 2 nights I stayed, my surgeon and anaesthetist were amazing I felt so safe; nurses were very accommodating and attentive, rooms was superior, large room with big tv, clean and modern, can not fault my stay at spire Washington hospital, have been several times for review and each time staff have always been polite, caring and well presented.

I booked to have rhinoplasty surgery, my surgery was cancelled and then it took 4 month to get a new date for my surgery. I was offered a date with 3 days notice then after organising my time off at work i was told we have gave it to someone else and after looking at theatre lists we couldnt have done it! I then had another date booked as i was about to set off to the hospital they rang and cancelled on the day due to lack of staff! It is appalling service, poor lack of communication. They are happy to take your money and not go through with the surgery, i would avoid at all

Overall my experience at Spire Washington Hospital was good. It was my first experience as a private patient - and my procedure wasn't cheap - so I maybe had too high expectations about what it would be like. I can't fault my consultant or the majority of the staff. And the clinical facilities seemed fine. But the bedroom felt a bit shabby and rundown. I was expecting a bit more bang for my buck! One of the staff on night shift was a bit shirty with me but I guess I'd be grumpy if I was working nights too - especially with COVID adding extra pressure. And, with one appointment, I was waiting 45-60 minutes to be seen because they'd booked me in for an appointment before the staff actually started work. But these things happen. Overall, I would recommend Spire Washington Hospital to others, as they are more affordable than other local private hospitals. But I'd tell them not to expect the Ritz!

Cost 250 pounds seen Dr Lakshmanan for ten minutes . Pulled my legs up very painful asked me to turn my neck very painful , didn’t really listen to my concerns , didn’t read my notes I prepared about my many severe problems . Had a follow up said my mri was clear which is impossible as degenerated disc and bulges don’t go way . Now stuck minus money and in great pain do. Or use this Dr or Spire Washington waste of money and pain will get progressively worse .

I was greeted by a lovely niurse, she put me immediately at ease. I got in for 7.30 And I was having my operation at 8.30 Mr toumi came to see me asking if I knew what I was having done etc then I met lots of nurses and 4 Drs Once I came around from the operation the nurses brought my pain relief. Any questions I had were answered. I then saw Mr Toumi again after my op. The operation couldn’t got a head with my original process so he did the other operation which would give me the same results. I can’t recommend the spire enough

The staff and nurses who looked after me during my overnight stay following surgery at the hospital. I am subsequently receiving treatment for physiotherapy at Spire as I feel this would help my recovery. The physiotherapist has been very helpful and putting together a plan of action.
